BREAKFAST BURRITOS

After 5 Margerita’s and 2 Strawberry Daiqiris from the night before you need a firm breakfast to start your day. Don’t grap your ordinary eggs and bacon but make up your mind and try something new. The hot spices in this breakfast dish will let your headache go away within 10 minutes.
   

Cut the chorizo sausage in pieces of 2 cm.  Heat the oil and fry the chorizo ​​over medium heat crispy and brown. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them over the sausage (no salt and pepper, chorizo ​​has enough peppers of his own). Let the eggs clot a little and then start by stirring large, fluffy scrambled eggs and mix the coriander with the eggs. Divide the eggs over four heated tortillas and goodbye hangover.

Ingrediënts for 4 persons:

200 g chorizo

2 spoons of oil

8 eggs

1 handful coriander

4 tortillawraps

Dutch translation:

Verhit de olie en bak de chorizo op matig vuur knapperig en bruin. Klop de eieren in een kom en giet ze over de worst (geen zout en peper, chorizo heeft genoeg). Laat de eieren een beetje stollen en begin er dan door te roeren om een groot, luchtig roerei te maken. Meng de koriander erdoor. Verdeel de eieren over vier verwarmde tortilla’s en tot ziens kater!
